Shipping:
- We now ship internationally.
- We offer flat rate shipping to all Utah residents.
- We offer free shipping on all retail orders of $75.00 or more, within the Continental United States.
- We have Flat Rate Shipping for the Continental United States, up to $75.00
- We do everything possible to insure that you receive your order in the most economical and timely fashion available.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed and shipped the next business day.
- We find the most economical shipping is with USPS Priority Mail. Generally 2-3 days, not a guaranteed delivery service.
- We can also ship via UPS or FED EX upon request they both calculate shipping charges based on the delivery address and weight of the package. We will then take the shipping cost and add packaging material cost to this ranging from $1.00 - $5.00 depending on package size and weight..
Return Policy
- We are sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on consumable products - Tea, Herbals, Rooibos, Mate or Samplers.
- May we suggest you take advantage of our $1.00 samples of any of our products, with the exception of our gallon pouches, to try, before you buy.
