Formosa Oolong

White tip oolong with full body and smooth flavor. Oolong tea comes from the same plant as green and black tea. While black tea is fully oxidized or "fermented" and green tea is un-oxidized, oolong tea is somewhere in between. Because each variety of oolong is processed differently, the flavors vary widely.

Steep 4-7 minutes at 205 degrees.
